During an in-person appointment we will typically spend 50-60mins talking about the issues that are most pressing to you. On your first appointment we will often chat about your overall mental health and then decide on which issue needs our attention first.
Many sessions can make you feel tired and emotionally drained after and this is totally normal. In order to process thing sometimes we must walk down those paths we prefer not to. We will do this in your time and at a pace that will suit you.
Initially sessions are weekly and each week we delve further into those issues. In time sessions can be bi-weekly or monthly.
As we are in the modern age appointments are also available via Zoom.
There is no other difference between the two appointments.
Sessions via zoom should be in a private environment, free from external distractions.
